Monitoring and Compliance Services

These services primarily focus on investigating and reporting on applications for casino licences and their compliance with the Boards’ requests for proposals or applications. It also entails conducting in-depth probity investigations into the individuals, companies and other entities involved, facilitating at public hearings and board meetings where board members assimilated further information and adjudicated Applicants.

We assist in negotiations relating to general and special conditions of licences, and subsequently monitoring licencees’ performance in terms of compliance with licence conditions during construction and commissioning, and ensuring skills transfer to board employees who would subsequently assume the monitoring role.

We have provided monitoring and compliance services to most of the Provincial Gaming Boards in South Africa, and consider this service as one of our core competencies.
